Restorative Yoga Class — Mondays 6:00-6:30 PM
Come join a relaxing yoga class to recoup and restore your mind and body. This class will concentrate on stretching, balance, and light core strengthening. You will practice on a mat in this class. Please come in loose and stretchable clothing.
Mixed Level Yoga Class — Mondays 6:45-7:30 PM, Wednesdays 6:00p-6:45p, Fridays 6:15p-7:15p
Join us for a mixed class incorporating mostly intermediate and a bit of advanced styles of deep stretching, total body strengthening and overall balance with a challenging level of yoga. This class will help unite the mind and body. You must be able to get up and down from a mat with ease for this class. Please bring a mat, straps, and blocks if you can.
