On My Way Pre-K

What is On My Way Pre-K?

On My Way Pre-K is the state funded pilot project administered by the Office of the Secretary of Family and Social Services (FSSA). The primary goal of the On My Way Pre-K Pilot Program is to promote access to high quality Early Childhood Education (ECE) programs for low-income children. Five counties were selected in 2015 to participate in the first cohort of the Pilot Project based on demonstrated readiness to successfully implement the project and serve as a model (Allen, Jackson, Lake, Marion and Vanderburgh). In 2017, Indiana Pre-K Expansion legislation opened On My Way Pre-K to 15 additional counties. DeKalb County was selected as one of the 15 expansion counties and will launch the On My WAY Pre-K program in August 2018. On My Way provides FREE high-quality Pre-K to eligible families.
