Music Therapy

THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 6 PM  — Local Author, Therapist and Instructor, Tracey Jude will demonstrate the use of active, rhythmic reading and answer your questions regarding the purposeful use of music in medical, psychological, educational and social settings.

Storytime

GPL has kids’ programming for all ages!  It’s Storytime! Tuesdays at 2pm and Wednesdays at 10 am – Early childhood skills and literacy for infants to pre-K. 

Yoga

Restorative Yoga Class — Mondays 6:00-6:30 PM Come join a relaxing yoga class to recoup and restore your mind and body.
